Important  instructions for applying - when you get to the Regional Office of Education Job Openings page you must follow these instructions to ensure that we will receive your application to work in the Hiawatha school district:

Click on Apply to Work in DeKalb County Schools.

On the left side of the page you will see a header "Vacancies".

Under this be sure to click on the "Locations" tab.

Scroll down to find Hiawatha CUSD #426, Kirkland, IL then click on that.

From that a page will open with all of our specific openings.

Click on red "Apply" from the right side of the page for the job you wish to apply for.

From there follow the directions you see on the pages that open for you to begin your application.
